The Other Side

One cannot see
What one cannot touch.
- Helen Keller

presence baffles
the feeling

spinning forever
on this wheel I’ve fallen off

nothing is real
all is lost

electric volts
strapped on

none relate
to me

a stranger
to my name

faces bestow
in a corner

rotting
bust down

no light
no darkness

within
something

never a heaven
a hell

I wander forever
ahead

beyond mountains
painting hearts

lonely void
black world

Horror
take me

escape myself
drifting toward secrecy

where colors collide
my quest
