Jason Monios is an Australian writer in residence in Scotland. He completed his Ph.D. in 2001, investigating the concept of the vortex in the poetry of Ezra Pound. His publication credits include New Writing Scotland, Void, Softblow, Dogmatika, Umbrella, Flutter, Nuvein, La Fenetre, The Dogwood Journal, Subtle Tea, Sidewalk and Bluepepper.
