pigeon words chris.coleman@juno.com

how he spells love

he's decided that sanity is a game
he's too tired to play

'we are the rule, not the exception to it'
he says in a voice too loud to be calm

he wants to start a revolution
built around just the two of them

the click of the door as it closes
is her only response

as his hands trace the now empty sheets
trying to find any last bit of her
she may have left behind
