Carl Eugene Moore is a native of Newberry, South Carolina, working in the Information Technology industry since 1986. He is on the South Carolina Approved Artists Roster in Literature with published poetry, fiction, and nonfiction. He holds MBAs in Accounting & Finance and Healthcare Management and is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing at Queen's University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
