Victor D. Infante is the editor of the online literary journal Radius and the author of the poetry collection City of Insomnia from Write Bloody Publishing. He was born in Pennsylvania, grew up in Southern California and educated in England, but currently lives in Massachusetts, where he writes about rock 'n' roll for a living.
